This means that you only rent the kitchen by the hour, month to month. You must still obtain all the proper permits and insurance like the regular tenants. By signing up as a walk-in tenant you only have a minimum kitchen cost of $285.00 per month. This means that you must sign up for at least 10 hours of kitchen use during each month. If you don't use the kitchen for at least 10 hours you still have to pay up to the minimum of $285.00 per month. (Even though you don't use the kitchen it still costs money to maintain the facility and to pay other recurring monthly costs). Also, for this minimum rent category, you only get a small amount of dry storage space.

As soon as you have an event or job, and you know what hours you will need the kitchen for, please call in the hours of need to the office, I will return your call as soon as possible to confirm hours and inform you of any other person needing that same time slot or not, Call in your hours of need as many of times as needed.

You may change your monthly category in advance, at the beginning of the month only. Put in writing the category you need-and submit it with your rent check. Please add your Increased/Decreased dollar amount to your rent check. If you increase your hours of need, you can do this monthly. If you need to downgrade your category, you must have been in the higher category at least three months. Then you can sign up for the lesser category.

In other words, yon can not sign up for 55 hours of use for one month, then go back to the 25 hours of the next month, then go back up again the next month. Most companies have busier months than other months. Our categories are priced to be fair and save you some costs for kitchen use. Please don't try to be unfair in abusing this system, We are trying to create a friendly kitchen to work in, together. Thanks!
