Thank you for inquiring about our kitchen rental facility. We are a Health Department approved facility. Designed to rent out kitchen space for beginning company’s to share space together to conduct proper and legal procedures in starting your there own business. Each tenant will rent the kitchen on an hourly basis, month to month. A minimum monthly rental is required. All tenants must be willing to share the kitchen with other tenants in times of needing the kitchen at the same time.

Our facility has equipment designed to accommodate needs for Caterers, Bakers, Confectioners, or individuals with a unique product line.

We offer reasonable rates to give the beginner or the smaller company a chance to operate at a fair cost for kitchen use.

The kitchen cost starts at a monthly rate of $295.00 per month if any small storage spaces are available. Larger storage spaces are available if the smaller is not available when inquiring at our office at a higher rate per month. That includes 15 hours of kitchen time per month, minimal dry storage space, and minimal refrigerator space. After the minimum hours are used up, you may rent the kitchen for additional hours at $15.00 per hour. If you do not require all the hours allowed in any given month the hours are lost at the end of the month. There is no refund or carrying the hours over to the next month. There will be a refundable deposit needed at the time of signing of our month to month contract!
