As soon as you have an event of job, and you know what hours you will need the kitchen for, please go to the kitchen and check the kitchen calendar!

You may change your monthly category of hours needed at the beginning of the month only. Call the office and discuss the hours and times needed. The new monthly rent amount must be paid in advance. If you increase your hours of need you can do this on the first of the month. If you need to downgrade your monthly hours needed you must have been in the higher category for at least three months. Then you can sign up for the lesser category.

In other words you cannot sign up for 55 hours of kitchen use one month then go back to the 10 hours of use the next month, then go back up again. Most company's have busier months than other months. Our categories are priced to be fair and save you some costs for kitchen use. Please don't try to be unfair in abusing this system. We are trying to create a friendly kitchen to work in, together.
